Who We Are

First Floor Bed & Breakfast is run by Piero, who lives on the premises. Piero grew up in this apartment, and he will be happy to recommend the best restaurants, the funkiest clubs or the most interesting sights in the area or downtown.

He will be happy to share the apartment with you, and he will be available for any help or suggestions you may need.

At the Bed & Breakfast First Floor you will have your own set of keys, and you will be able to come and go as - and when - you please.
There isn't a set time for breakfast either: the breakfast bar will always be open and well stocked. A wide selection of fresh fruit, biscuits, jam, bread, cereal and more will always ensure you have a healthy, nutritious breakfast.

First Floor Bed & Breakfast is approved and licensed by the Italian Tourist Board.
