Internet
We offer free internet access. For those travelling with their own laptop, First Floor has a WIFI network. Otherwise we will be happy to let you use our computer.

TV
A TV and DVD player is available for all visitors in the communal living room.

Pick up
A pick up service to and from Ciampino and Fiumicino airport is available on request, at 40 Euro for 1-3 people (5 Euro extra after 10pm). Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Babies & Children
At First Floor we know how important it is to make children feel at home. We'll be happy to supply whatever can make your stay in Rome easier: travel cots, highchairs, toys, or a list of fun places to visit.

Other Extras
Alarm clocks, hairdryers and irons are available on request.
